To solve their pain points, I created a spreadsheet workbook for each group of travelers (Program Team, Staff, Speakers). Each workbook has main tabs (Hotels, Flights, Schedules, etc.), and then a tab for each traveler. Tracking each traveler’s info on the main tabs does two things:

  • creates centralized overview logs that are easy to navigate between

  • automatically populates each traveler’s itinerary details on their tab

Absolutely everything you see on the example below (the first page of one of the traveler itinerary tabs) was automatically populated and is ready to print as-is. In addition to the professional design, the labor hours and mistakes saved with this system have already saved this client thousands of dollars (and will save them thousands more).
